I work in independent film finance in New York, which mostly means I spend my days inside spreadsheets. This is where I write about everything else: long essays, the films and books I can't stop thinking about, and the bars and restaurants I keep going back to.

The name is borrowed from Edwin Lefèvre's Reminiscences of a Stock Operator (1923).
